Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of hydroworksirrigation.com and to services provided by Hydro Works Irrigation ("Hydro Works", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website, submitting a quote request, or scheduling service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Website information

Content on this website, including service descriptions and FAQ answers, is provided for general information. It is not a diagnosis or a recommendation for your specific property. The right recommendation depends on an inspection of your system and landscape.

Quote requests and estimates

• Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or guarantee service
• Service availability depends on your property location, the work requested, and our current schedule
• Any price discussed before an on-site review is an estimate only
• Final scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins
• If hidden conditions are found during work, such as damaged pipe, wiring, or valves, we will explain the issue and get your approval before doing additional work

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property, the irrigation controller, and the water shutoff on the scheduled date. Please let us know about pets, gates, gate codes, or anything that may affect access. If we cannot access the property as scheduled, the visit may need to be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply if stated in your estimate.

Property and underground utilities

For work that involves digging or trenching, we request underground utility locates through Tennessee 811 where required. Private lines such as landscape lighting, pet fences, private gas or electric lines, and existing irrigation pipe are often not marked by 811. Please tell us about any private lines you know of. We take reasonable care around turf, plantings, and hardscape, but some disturbance of soil and turf is a normal part of irrigation work.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and due dates are stated in your written estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when work is completed. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to fees permitted by Tennessee law and the cost of collection.

Warranty

Any warranty on workmanship or parts is stated in your written estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on products are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage caused by freezing when the system was not winterized, misuse, changes made by others, landscaping or construction damage, pests, or acts of nature.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in your quote request and during service
• Follow any operating or seasonal guidance we provide for your system
• Report leaks, damage, or performance problems promptly
• Follow any local watering rules that apply to your property

Text message terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Hydro Works Irrigation about your quote request, appointments, service updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydro Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of plants or landscaping caused by conditions outside our control, water utility charges, or delays caused by weather or parts availability. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to access systems without permission, or interfere with how the website works. All text, graphics, logos, and images on this website belong to Hydro Works Irrigation or are used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.

Our website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
